-06.04.2010   The first Piccolo system will be delivered to a customer in Asia 
                       till mid of the month. 

  After presenting the system to a few potential customer the first delivery  sets
  a next milestone in the market introduction of the new plasma system. With is 
  small footprint, the flexible chamber size and the easy to operate touch screen,
  the Piccolo system allows our customer to run all process which are available
  on fully automated systems 1 to 1 on a smaller system.
